friends today i will teach you about how to use welcome speech in windows 7 to 10                   follow these steps to use welcome speech
1. open the notepad2. type this in notepad

Dim speaks,speech speaks=”welcome to name goes here”set speech=createObject(“sapi.spvoice”)speech.speak speaks                                                                                                       

you can use copy paste method                   

 3.then save it as welcome.vbs                                               

things to remember .vbs is a form that is give ascess to this file                                                                now copy this file and paste it in this path

          C:\Users\choose the user \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start                                                                           Menu\Programs\Startup
            now paste the file into startup
               and restart the computer 

now it will work for you
